Who is this mastermind for exactly? Where should my business be at?
This experience has been designed for entrepreneurs in one of two places:

We kick things off with a Welcome Dinner together the evening of August 10th. Then we have two full days August 11th and 12th (which also happens to be my birthday), we will have a mix of teaching sessions, live workshops, and you will have an opportunity to get a hot seat 100% focused on you and your biggest challenge or opportunity in your business. 
 
Tucked away in the Green Mountains of Vermont, with optional experiences including an early morning hike, we’ll be eating farm fresh food each day in a beautiful setting, and you’ll have a unique opportunity to receive a private tour of our family’s 100+ acre farm and homestead.
We are located in Central Vermont, and there are many accommodation options within 10 to 15 minutes of our location. (We will provide a full logistics package along with our address upon your acceptance and receipt of payment.)

In terms of airport, you can either fly into Burlington, VT (BTV), Manchester, NH (MHT), or Boston Logan (BOS) and rent a car. Past guests have extended their stay to take advantage of Vermont’s exquisite natural beauty in the summer months of the year.

I’m doing this because as part of the launch of the book, my goal is to get the book into as many readers’ hands as possible and I’ve tried to offer massive incentive to do that with this offer.
 
Return to Real is a book that was written to be shared. And this gives you the opportunity to gift the book to clients, customers, colleagues, friends, and family either all at once, or over time. On a practical level the way this works is that once the book is released, you can either have your 100 copies shipped to one location (if for example, you have an event coming up or you want to hand out the physical books to people personally). Or we can ship each copy out individually on your behalf to make it super easy.
 
You will get access to a series of purchase codes, where all you need to provide is name and address where you’d like the book to be shipped, and we’ll take care of the rest. (You can also do any combination of the above, if say you would like 50 books shipped to one address, and the remaining 50 copies shipped individually over the course of the year.)
 
This Special Limited 1st Edition Hardcover is not available anywhere else outside this website, and it is available to be shipped anywhere within the United States. Yes, of course. The standard “Early Bird” price of $4000 saves you $1000 off the regular ticket price of $5000, and you can absolutely choose that option. That said, the special “book launch” offer essentially saves you an additional $500 off the already discounted “Early Bird” pricing for the Mastermind.
 
I’ve massively incentivized the “Buy 100 Books, Get the Mastermind Free” option because my goal with the launch of Return to Real is to get the book into as many readers’ hands as possible, and I’ve tried to incentivize you as much as possible to help with that goal by choosing that option.
If you would like to purchase a second ticket for your partner or spouse, please indicate that in your application. Because the meeting room is capped in size, with more interest than physical seats available, partners and spouses are able to join (space permitting) at the same “Early Bird” Discount ($4000) or “Book Launch” Special Offer ($3500). Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis so if you’re looking to bring a partner or spouse, I highly recommending submitting your application ASAP.
Typically, I charge $25,000 + travel expenses to do a 1:1 VIP Day. However, because I don’t need to spend days traveling, and because we’ll already be hosting the mastermind at our location, you can request to add a private 1:1 day before or after the mastermind for just an additional $25,000 $15,000. You will have an opportunity in your application to request one of the remaining available spots
The reason this opportunity is by application is because we want to make sure you are a good fit for this mastermind event, and that this event is a good fit for you. I try to curate a diverse room so that we have as many interesting and valuable perspectives offered within the group. Additionally, because you will be visiting my home, I want to make sure you are not a crazy person.
 
The way the application fee works is simple: If your application is accepted, you will be offered a limited window to accept your spot, and your $100 application fee will be credited toward your remaining balance due. If you are not accepted, or if for some reason you aren’t able to accept your spot, your $100 application fee will be refunded to you, and your spot will be made available to the next applicant on the list.
The Early Bird $4,000 discount and special $3,500 “Book Launch” offer expire on Friday, July 10 at 11:59PM US Pacific. That said, applications are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
